I really wanted to thank you, Stephanie and your team for the fantastic catering and wider event support you provided for our sons barmitzvah party. It is such an important aspect of any simcha, and you really did not let us down in any respect.

This isn’t an exhaustive list, but amongst the things we were really impressed with were:

Absolute quality of the food: this is essential, and we have had so many compliments from our guests on how good the food, the quality of the meat, and how well it was prepared and presented;

Organisation on the day – this was exemplary and made us feel very comfortable on the night that we could relax and enjoy ourselves, and that you had everything under control;

Personal attention to detail: we were delighted that you were present on the evening for as much time as you were, and I have to say I really think this made a huge difference. It was notable how you were personally involved in serving the food, and we even have a picture of you helping our 4 year old cutting the food on her plate!

Staff: your team were extremely well organised, and the staff moved in and out of the room seamlessly;

Room layout: Once you had set up the tables with linen etc, it really looked fabulous which had a great effect when all the guests entered.

Your staff were exemplary, polite, effective and courteous. Most especially, your manager, The canapés were top class and the reports were 100% positive from our guests.

Regarding the meal, your food was excellent. The starter, main and desert were perfect. I have to compliment you also on the fruit platters and petits fours, which were remarkable.

Your organisation of the evening was first class, thank you. I had no need to worry at all about the flow of it, and everything went exactly to plan. I sincerely believe that the kosher catering market needs quality catering and event organisers like you.

We are writing to thank you for such delicious food and lovely service - especially the sausages and latkes during the canapés - and the red onion tart and mango mousse were outstanding!!! We heard many, many compliments throughout the evening about the quality and taste of the food - yum!!!

I just wanted to send you a personal thank you for your generosity to Chai. The event was such a huge success and that was largely due to the quality of the contributors of which MR played a big part.

The deserts were so delicious!! And the presentation wonderful, and you have to believe me when I tell you that there really was not much left!!
