Looking after the food is Michael Rose, an internationally renowned chef with over 25 years' hospitality & catering experience. Qualifying through The New York University, Michael is in league with the best, having dynamically transformed and managed an exclusive 250 bedroom hotel in his native South Africa prior a post as head of Government Transport Services at Transnet, where he was responsible for state banquets of up to 1000 guests, including government ministers & International dignitaries. Here in the UK Michael initially took up the post of Senior Hospitality Manager at the BBC, delighting the palates of many discerning celebrities before bringing his substantial creative expertise to the discerning public.
